Cancellation Policy
Booking & No-Show Policy To respect everyone’s time and keep our schedule running smoothly: • No-Show / No-Call: If you miss your appointment without notice, any deposit paid is non-refundable. • Late Arrivals: Arriving 10 minutes or more late will be considered a no-show. Your appointment will be rescheduled to the next available opening so on-time clients can be taken care of. • Rescheduling: Clients must contact us at least 1 hour before their appointment to reschedule.
